Why must I create an account? The first time you order articles from Ycorkinderkleding, you will be asked for your personal information. This information will then be stored in a database, secured by your own private password. The big advantage is that the next time you place an order, you will not need to complete all your personal details again. Another benefit is that all your orders become accessible to you only, allowing you to monitor the status of your order and refer to previous orders. You also have access to a private adress book. You only need to login when you are ready to place an order.
How can I change my password? If you wish to change your password, it can be changed by you. After logging in you must click on "my account" in the navigation bar. By doing this your account information will appear on the screen. You will now have the possibility to update your password (below).
I forgot my password, what must I do now? Do not panic! Via the link "password forgotten" in the log-in screen, a new password will be created and e-mailed to you if needed. This password is automatically made by Ycorkinderkleding software. After having logged-in you can, if you prefer change this password.
How does the shopping basket work? The shopping basket is a storage place for the articles you add to the shopping basket during your shopping. It is always possible to delete articles or change the number of articles you would like to order. You can do so by clicking on the word "Shopping basket" or on the arrow of "Shopping basket" which can be found in the top right corner of your screen. An overview of all articles in your basket will be given. You are then given the possibility to check every articles, to delete it or change the number of items. ATTENTION: When you delete articles or when you change the Quantity (Qty.) you should first press the Update button (below) before you proceed.
Is it necessary for me to log-in first? This is not always needed. If you are not registered as a client but you already have stored some articles in the basket, the shops database will remember this. If you log-in afterwards, these articles will be transferred from the visitors basket to your client basket. The log-in screen will mention it if you basket already contains articles. If you do not want to pay immediately, the contents of the basket will be saved until your next visit.
Why is an address book used? This is very handy because up to 5 addresses of friends and relatives can be saved in it. It is also possible to have several delivery addresses for yourself. If one of your friends has a birthday, you can deliver an order to his or her home address. The address book with your account information is accessible via the link "My account". Addresses can be changed or deleted when needed.
Which information about my orders is approachable? All the information about your orders is approachable online after you have logged-in. You only need to go to "My account" and then you have to click "Previous orders". All orders you made at Ycorkinderkleding untill this moment will appear on screen. The present status of that order can also be seen.
Ycorkinderkleding handels the following order status messages: • Waiting to be processed (our order has been received) • Processing (your order is taken care of) • Payment Received (your payment has received) • Send (your order is on its way) • Can be picked up (your order is ready to be picked up) • Cancelled (your order has been cancelled)
